Energy Balance Climate Model 2 (EBCM2)

To run the model, choose values for the EBCM parameters, and click the "Run Model" button.
Choose the date of perihelion (the date when the earth and sun are closest together). Perihelion currently occurs in January.
Select a CO2 level as a multiple of the modern value. For example, select "1" for the modern level,"2" for an atmosphere with twice as much CO2 as today.
Choose the tilt of the earth. Enter an angle between 22.45 and 24.45. The modern value is 23.45.
Choose the location of global land cover. The total area of land will not change, just its location will. Select "LLL" of you want all land to be located in low latitudes (between the equator and 20 degrees latitude). Select "MLL" for land cover between 30 and 60 degrees latitude (mid-latitudes). Enter "HLL" for all land to be in high latitudes (between 40 degrees and the pole).
Choose the eccentricity for the orbit of the earth. Enter a number between 0 and 0.06. The modern value is 0.016.
Select the magnitude of meridional (north-south) atmospheric heat transport efficiency, ranging from 0.5 to 4 times the modern value. (Selecting "1" = modern conditions.)
